What We Offer

• Capital City Inspections will provide an inspection of the visible electrical, mechanical, plumbing & structural components of your home.

                      

• The Inspection Report, in Adobe pdf format, will be generated and e-mailed or faxed to you within 24 hours. 

                       

• An optional binder with hard copies of the Inspection Report & the Summary, along with a CD of the Inspection Report and all photos taken during the inspection, an Invoice, the Service Agreement and other supporting documents can also be delivered to the client within 3 business days by USPS Priority Mail. This low cost option can be arranged for when scheduling the inspection.

                                               

• Capital City Inspections provides inspections throughout the Austin metropolitan area including Travis, Williamson and Hays counties.

• Inspections generally take 2½ to 4 hours depending upon the size and complexity of the home. Best times to schedule are between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but we are very flexible.

• Inspections can also be scheduled for the weekends if that better fits the client’s schedule.

• All utilities must be on to properly perform the inspection.
